We incorporated a walking animation and an attack animation into the monster. It surprisingly transitions very smoothly and makes the game feel alive. I think we want to implement sounds next. The student agents also have an idle animation and an interaction animation. Both animations taken from Mixamo. Looking forward to adding voice-to-text for the NPCs to make them feel more alive as well.
